| CAPABILITIES OVERVIEW | ||
| CCS specializes in complete hazardous materials management services. We not only provide the most comprehensive centralized databases available, but we also provide unique software capabilities that can generate hundreds of compliance reports (local, state, federal, and international), diverse chemical security and usage analyses, and a wide array of qualitative and quantitative safety, health and environmental assessments. Our customized turnkey implementation and maintenance services maximize benefits from our highly purified and centralized databases and customized software, and provide integration with client pre-existing databases and software systems. The net effects of CCS hazardous materials management services are more creative and cost-effective solutions to complex problems, and “worry-free” compliance. |

| The initial construction of our relational databases began in 1985 with the compilation of over 75,000,000 references for chemicals, chemical products, and hazardous material regulations. We subsequently obtained access to the Department of Defense (DoD) munitions characterization database, and have most recently added relational databases for chemical agents and their simulants, chemical security risk factors, and biological agents. The power of these relational databases rests in their breadth and depth, in their purity and in their cross functionality: a single source for homeland security, environmental, health, safety and materials management information. The potential savings from utilizing these centralized databases can be very large—utilization of our centralized databases with our chemical tracking analytical compliance system has been estimated to save DoD $1-2 Billion and decrease implementation time from 40 to eight years. CCS centralized databases are a “sole source” asset—no other company in the U.S. has this capability. |

| Our unique Web-based software modules were designed to simplify customization for diverse types of analyses, all derived from a single facility inventory that can be queried against customized data tables within our centralized databases. CCS has designed three integrated and/or separate software suites that can be utilized as broadly, or as narrowly, as preferred: [1] a 17-module quantitative Environmental Management Suite (EMS), [2] a 28-module Homeland Security Suite (HoSS), and [3] a 19-module Munitions Analytical Compliance Suite (MACS) that can be integrated into either the EMS and/or HoSS. All three of these suites utilize our single, centralized database. Analytical and compliance reports can reflect data concerning an entire organization, or can be filtered down to a particular facility, an individual building, a specific department, or a single room. CCS integrated software capabilities are also unavailable from any other company in the U.S. |

| CCS does not “sell” our relational databases or software to our clients. Rather, we license the use of customized systems (software populated with purified data tables) and maintain both software and databases on an ongoing basis for our clients. In other words, CCS is an ASP. Our service provides numerous benefits to our clients. Start-up times and costs are greatly reduced, and systems maintenance costs are greatly minimized. Clients do not need to train, or hire, employees to become experts in either software or database applications, or contend with staff turnover issues. This allows our clients to concentrate on their core competencies and delegate their technical, analytical and compliance functions to our experts. In short, our clients quickly obtain maximum support at minimal cost. |

CCS can offer at least six levels of information accessibility, security and privacy constraints to
our clients:
1. Hardware Barriers 2. User Authorization Controls 3. Firewalls 4. Intrusion Detection 5. Digital Certification 6. Encryption Additional, client-specified security measures can also be implemented (e.g., third party validation). Reliability for most CCS clients is assured by our maintaining duplicate database and analytical capabilities on our primary and secondary servers. We can further augment database reliability for those clients who prefer maintaining their information on a tertiary server at their site. |
